I don’t like doing check-in on my phone but that’s the way of the world. I’ve been here several times. Always treated kindly and professionally. Minimum wait time and quick results.

I have to say, when I first entered the facility, I had blood pouring down from my arm and was trying to hold a compress on it. The person behind the desk pointed to the QR code and told me I had to check in. I sat down and tried to complete the check-in procedure. However, between going back and forth in my phone between the check-in page in my information page for various things, I was having a very hard time. I finally went back to the desk and asked for help. Additionally when I got there, there was no one else there. After waiting over a half hour and going back to the desk a couple of times and asking was I going to get waited on. I finally got called in. At this point, things got much better. Dr Jones was fabulous. She was very precise, friendly, informative and changed my opinion of this facility greatly. Both Kandis Mayberry and Latiesha Cabral were extremely kind and friendly. I felt much better leaving there than I did when I arrived. I had to go back the next day but follow up on the wound and redressing, etcetera. And again everybody was very friendly kind and informative.

My ears needed a professional cleaning since I couldn’t hear at all today. The girl who cleaned my ears was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I went home being able to hear. Thank you. You did a great job. And everyone else who was working there was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend going here to anyone who needs medical care.

Online scheduling was convenient. Staff professional and helpful.

Great experience. Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. No wait time. Very streamlined appointment. Would highly recommend this facility for urgent care needs

My son had a horrible cough and upper respiratory infection. We did wait quiet a while but was quick once we got to the room. The provider had a great bedside manner and listened to him and my concerns

Woke up this morning with red eye and was wondering what was wrong. Patrick eased my mind and was able to explain what it was. He eased my mind and the complete staff was terrific
