American Family Care (AFC Urgent Care) Locations in Fresno, CA

Yesterday I gave them a good review today, I'm changing it. I went to go pick up a medication at CVS Pharmacy. The pharmacist is talking to me about how and when to take the liquid medication, I i said it was supposed to be enough for it. He said no that it was medication for inflammatory. The Pharmacists asked me why I was taking the medication , I proceed to tell him that I had Canker sores in my mouth, so the doctor was suppose to give me a mouth rinse. He said, yeah, if I were you, I would call Doctor Office and see what was going on. I took the medication, and as I left, I called the Doctors office and talk informed one of the Medical Asst. of what going on. She asked me a couple of questions than she put me on hold. She came back and asked had I picked up the medication? I told her yes, i've started Bieber, but I didn't want to leave it and he said he changed it, and that was for me, so I just took it, she told me, since I had picked it up that I would have to come back in the office and be seen again. Are you serious? my mouth is sore as hell, my body is aching from my cold, my head hurts and I'm spitting up flem. I proceed to let them know that I life on the westside and that I "I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO YOUR OFFICE, EVER AGAIN, BECAUSE THE DOCTOR WROTE THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION (HE KNOW, AND THEY KNOW WHICH DOCTOR DID THIS DUMB. S***). THAT'S NOT MY FAULT". IM VERY PISSED OFF‼️ I FEEL LIKE I WASTED MY TIME & GAS‼️ I'M RIGHT WHERE I STARTED AT WITH NO MEDICATION. THANKS A LOT FOR NOTHING‼️😤😤😠😠😡😡🤬🤬
