I walked in which I expected. I was checked in and waited on my car until called. I went in & went into a room very quickly. The nurse talked with me & gave me a Covid test. I waited about 15 minutes for the results which a PA gave me. The test was negative and he checked me and told me what to do for my symptoms & what to do if anything changed. Great experience!

My nurse from the start, and Dr. Emily Wheeler were both outstanding! Emily was thorough, efficient, pleasant, like an old friend I just met. Felt like I was being observed. assessed, and listened to by a personable seasoned pro, and the treatment she prescribed has helped my issues very much. Also great to get negative tests back within 15 minutes, on the spot for Strep and Covid. So glad this urgent care is in my neighborhood! Was in and out in less than hour! Remarkable and impressive. Highly recommend.

Woke up not feeling good check in was fast and convenient, from the beginning checking in to being seen in the back every one greeted me with a smile. Jadie was very sweet and easy to talk to. Wait time was long, even though I had previously scheduled an appointment due to the physician having other engagements. In the rooms, there is dust under the chairs. Also once my appointment was over and it was almost closing time, one of the staff members stated I could wait for my ride but the other staff member stated I would need to leave. I ended up waiting outside because I felt it was extremely rude since I wasn’t feeling well and had to wait on someone to pick me up and I had waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment. I felt this was extremely unconsiderate. Lack of common courtesy!

I was a walk in on a holiday so the wait time wasn't great but wasn't surprised. The staff was great and very attentive. My P.A. didn't find an obvious problem but listened to my description of my symptoms and decided to x-ray my lungs. She did find pneumonia and prescribed medications for that. By the time I got home my symptoms were progressively getting worse. I'm so happy she took my comments seriously...she was going to start an antibiotic anyhow but finding the pneumonia allowed her to go full force. I'm really thankful for this group!

Wow!  I was scared and uncertain of the seriousness of what I was experiencing.  I feel seen, respected, and heard.  They listened deeply.  I got answers.  I trust the direction of my care.  I am so grateful! Check in was easy and quick and she was compassionate and checked in regularly.  All the staff were incredibly kind and responsive.  The doctor was beyond incredible.  I felt like I could trust her knowledge as she explained everything in detail.  I would recommend them for urgent care 110% and they didn’t take my insurance and it was only $195.  Worth the peace of mind!

I called on Sunday afternoon at 3:15 PM for an issue that came up that afternoon. I was 30 minutes away and they close at 4. They were willing to work me in and take care of the issue.  They were very friendly and very helpful.  I’ve always received excellent care anytime I have gone for an appointment.

Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.
