All the staff was especially nice and over caring!! Which is always a plus in my book! Especially when staff could be short, only thing I could think of in these times is to tell clients to not waste a test if only showing mild symptoms which could be the flu and save the test for others who could use testing the most especially those who are Definitely autoimmune. And give courtesy to those who are their first and just in the vehichles waiting, cause those people are just taking extra precaution, but not the staffs fault

Very good place for my first time appointment! Had to get test done and the doctor and staff were very thorough and dedicated to their tasks! Unfortunately the wait time for registration was long (1 hour) due to high demand during the week before holidays.

I needed to get sports physical for my son and I was not able to book online, so I walked in and was able to get it done

It was very good. I m sorry though that I did not ask for a Lab Covid test instead of Rapid. The wait time was really long but otherwise all staff including Dr. Green were wonderful. My stomach is hurting now I think from the meds but now dont know what to do. Thank you

My experience with Urgent Care I've always been a good one.

I’ve been to this urgent care several times, the wait is what it is with the current health issues. I believe the staff gets patients in and out as best as possible, and the doctors on staff are all very caring, but, they need to figure out a way to distance patients who come in and are visibly ill with a constant cough or sneezing from other patients in the waiting room. They should be made to wait in their car or in a separate room. The chairs are not spaced enough for distancing and the waiting room is always full.

I like this Urgent Care, the staff is professional as well as the caregivers. I was satisfied overall, the wait was long because the facility was busy, which is understandable.

The wait was 3 hours for a molecular Covid test required for surgery. Maybe there should be a special section just for patients who need this test. But otherwise the staff was very nice.

Went for a rapid covid test. There was only one receptionist, so check-in took quite awhile. Wait time after that was quick, results within 20 minutes. Staf was friendly and professional.

Good experience. My first time ever at an urgent care. It was recommended to me. I would go back there again.

I arrived at 8:30 with 8 people in front of me. I was getting the rapid test and wasn’t seen until 11:30. But I guess that’s the way it is. Everyone was very nice, including the Dr. The girl who took my test was very unpleasant. She cut me off 2 times while I was telling her something. ( maybe a bad day lol)

I was a walk in appointment with a deep laceration caused by aluminum shards, bleeding wouldn’t stop. The nurse that injected my wound with lidocaine and stitched it up was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through each step of the process, best emergency care I’ve had…

The first staff and doctor could not do enough for me after testing positive to Covid. Actually sent me to the ER for even more help. The hospital called me to say I had pneumonia and go to urgent care just so the can take a listen. Also I had a sinus infection plus Covid had settled in my back I couldn’t hardly walk. So I went back and they refused to see me because my 10 days wasn’t up. Even after I told them how bad I was. They told me to come back on Sunday which was my 10 day. I took a turn for the worst. It was horrible pain I was in, I had a very hard time breathing. Went back on Sunday and the dr couldn’t have been nicer. Nurse told me that was really upsetting that they turned you away. So now I am on an antibiotic and steroid which I wish I would’ve started on Friday I am out of work for another 4 days. Which I was out the whole last week. I was told my quarantine was up on 11/13. Hopefully returning to work on Monday. I just started my job only working 3 days. I know it is no one’s fault I go Covid, but I wish I wasn’t turned away on Friday.
