I did multiple covid test at this location (AFC Warrington) and all my experiences has been excellent. The staff is excellent, extremely professional. Now I start to recommend my friends and coworkers to this location. Thanks so much to the staff for all that you do.

Exceptional Medical Care by Armando and the American Family Care Urgent Care Team I am writing this review with great pleasure to express my heartfelt appreciation to the team at American Family Care Urgent Care, and especially to Armando, for the outstanding medical care they provided to my mother during her visit to the urgent care unit. Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. It's rare to find a team so dedicated and passionate about their work. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality urgent care. Very Fast and Professional service

Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

Appreciated everything that the NP, Conrad did for me. He explained things so well and didn’t seem bothered at all by my questions. He was very sincere.

Armando was very nice and informative! Swabbing noses all day and still has a great attitude!

Family received our Moderna vaccine here. No wait. Professional.

Best emergency care experience of my life. Maggie, Jamie, Dan, and Mark treated me like a queen: couldn't have been kinder, friendlier, or more competent. I was seen immediately, and my injury was treated with care and professionalism. Fearing a long wait, insurance issues, or grouchy staff personalities so often experienced when seeking emergency care, I hesitated to even go for treatment of my injury but ultimately recognized it was unavoidable. Thank goodness I went, and thank goodness I chose AFC Urgent Care. I not only received amazing health care but also left with warm fuzzies to carry with me all week.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

The facility was very clean, was taken back quickly, by the nurse Emma who was very sweet and caring. Dr. Henderson was very kind and through, I was in and out quickly! Definitely would recommend!

Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger. Instead, I was in and out in less than one hour. Thank you so much and happy new year!

I was in and out within 40 minutes. Nurse Practitioner Alex came in sat down and sincerely listened to what I was going through. We talked about several treatments of medication before he wrote out a prescription. He referred me on to a pulmonologist, which was greatly needed. He was very thorough. I am feeling so much better after two days. Oh, and this was the third visit for the same illness; however, I chose Pri-Med the third time. So thankful.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

Absolutely hands down amazing staff. From the time u sign in til the time you leave to go home they make you feel so welcomed and as if u are the only one they are there for. Shout out to Stephanie Hardline and the young lady who took my vitals & history. Loved Em!!

I went to get a covid test today. I was warmly greeted by receptionist who gave me instructions and I was called in and greeted by technician who was very nice and thorough. I waited for results and then seen by a physician. He checked my glands and throat. He was very nice and gave me some suggestions to help my sore throat. In all it was a very comforting experience and I would highly recommend the staff at 100 Mill Plain Rd. Thank you all! Ann Peters

Fast. Easy, convenient, PA was very knowledgeable!

With the current Covid-19 pandemic, wait times are slightly longer. However, this is for the safety of the patients! Extra precautions are necessary to prevent the spread of infection. Ms. Williams was helpful beyond her duties. She went above and beyond to assist me. The staff moved swiftly and efficiently, during my care. Courtesy and empathy were extended to me. I will visit again, when needed.

The doctor is very thorough. The ladies on staff ate very polite. This is the 2nd time I've been there with an emergency in the past 90 days and the care based been great.

I was taken in as a walk in patient late in the evening with some really scary symptoms I’d been having. Despite being a last minute walk I was seen a lot quicker than expected and despite being the last patient of the night the staff were incredibly patient, sweet, and took their time with me. Karen was the MA and she was so warm and welcoming, Jennifer was equally as wonderful and listened to my concerns and did not dismiss my worries. I didn’t get the name of the person working the desk but they were very kind and helpful as well. I went from having a pretty bad 24 hours to feeling a lot better because of them, thank you so much!!!

We needed a clearance note to get my sons girlfriend back to work After being rejected by another urgent care this location said no problem and helped us right away there was a wait so they directed us to their sister location who took us right in BIG THUMBS UP

GREAT service! The visit was made a lot easier by the way the receptionist handled everyone, the understanding of the doctor, and the GREAT work of the nurse giving a shot (he was VERY good)! Over 70 and going out during the situation of the world now, I was EXTREMELY nervous but they ALL put me at ease! I will definitely go back again if the need arises.

This was my 1st time here after I sent my husband who was not feeling well. So glad I went after having such a bad earache, but was even happier that I git NP Maria who he had. Sweet, patient and very thorugh. I do not go to doctors unless it's really bad. The staff was nice and polite. I will definitely recommend them.

Gabriella was absolute amazing. She made Covid testing enjoyable. I highly recommend and would give her more than 5 stars if applicable. If Gabriella’s boss is reading this, please give her a raise.
