Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

Dr. Gabriel is great- wonderful patient education, bed-side manner, and medical knowledge. 10/10 experience!

Lovely place.  From the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.  Would definitely recommend.

Short wait time, friendly staff. My daughter will only get a covid test here because they 'dont poke her brain' as she puts it.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

Woke up on Wed with a sore throat and I called Urgent Care. Had an appointment within 2 hours. Was treated with 2 X-rays and 3 swabs. Went to CVS for 2 prescriptions and returned home.
