The doctor and nurse were professional and friendly. This was my first time here, however my family has been coming here for a couple of years now and we all had the same experience. In and out. No extended wait times to see the Dr. very nice environment.

I was a walk in with upper respiratory concerns. I was taken in a very few minutes, the staff was very kind and professional. Dr Zhang was great, he explained the diagnosis and treatment. My prescription was called right away.I would recommend Bellville Urgent care very highly.

I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better. Was a walk in to have my shin splints evaluated.  Check in was straight forward and all staff members courteous and helpful.  Wait time for PA was brief.  PA did a skilled examination.  Good job to all!!

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
