Called the clinic. Scheduled an appointment for same day! Wow!! Great, cause my right ear was hurting. Sydney P.A. was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, gave me good advice, and good appropriate meds. Really seemed to care, too. Thank you to the entire staff. Great team!

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. My cat accidentally bit my finger and I know how quickly infection can set in. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment online and complete the "paperwork" online in about 5 minutes. The waiting room was clean and I was checked in quickly. Both the nurse, Kenya, and Jason, the PA-C were very caring and efficient. My concerns were listened to and I received a tetanus shot. The PA sent my prescription to my pharmacy and I left soon after. I highly recommend AFC for all your Urgent Care needs!

It’s after my appt. I’m waiting for my sons prescription since his ear hurts and cvs pharmacy says they still have not received prescription from doctor. Before leaving, I even asked the doctor if the antibiotic would be sent to the pharmacy and she said yes. This is something serious. The whole point of me making the appt is so he wouldn’t be in pain tonight or tomorrow morning. And now I have to work tomorrow. I can’t pick up his med until after work. I’m so so mad. Why didn’t yall send the prescription to the pharmacy?
