I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

This website is a scam, you don’t ever book online at North Pointe Immediate Care, it is walk in ONLY. The hours of operation are wrong! Call them and find out for yourself. The person who gave a bad review probably never was seen there, that would never happen there. Why do people have to lie?

Janesville Chlamydia Testing

Who should get tested for chlamydia?

According to the CDC, anyone who is sexually active can get chlamydia, but the infection is more common in some groups. Young women (25 years old and under), men who have sex with men, and individuals with multiple sexual partners or those who don't consistently use condoms should consider getting tested for chlamydia. It's also recommended for pregnant women as untreated chlamydia can cause premature birth.

Importance of getting tested

Chlamydia is often called the 'silent infection' because most people who have it don't show symptoms, but it can cause serious health problems if left untreated. In women, untreated chlamydia can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), which can cause permanent damage to the reproductive system and lead to infertility. In men, chlamydia can cause a painful infection in the tubes connected to the testicles, possibly leading to infertility. Regular testing is essential to detect and treat chlamydia early.
