          Front desk is not very friendly and has no urgency at all. Not great for a worried mother. Clinical staff and nurse practitioners are absolutely amazing. Great care!

          I blame the company for the wait time — offering 10 appointment times in one hour is irresponsible and poor personnel management— I felt terrible for the one receptionist, the one nurse, and the one practitioner. The people were lovely but the process needs improvement.

          I love that Oak Cliff has a location! I have been to other Little Spurs and there is consistently great quality care: I have never had an issue as a walk in appointment or scheduling ahead of time. Check-in process is easy!
