          The doctor and experience at this location was amazing after a terrible experience at the Chase Avenue location. I waited two hours at that location to find out there was not a doctor at that office. Apparently they were waiting for a doctor to see my mom virtually. That doctor never became available. The nurse was kind enough to call the Frost road location which got my mom in immediately.

          The front desk staff and the other staff members were alright, but I honestly hated everything about this appointment. The doctor was absolutely the worst. The way she spoke to and treated her patients was completely unacceptable. I have never experienced anything like this from a medical provider. When people are sick, they come to the doctor for help, compassion, and understanding, not to be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a healthcare provider. And I still have not heard back yet

          The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions.
