I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

The doctor who took care of me was amazing!  I felt better with in an hour.

Everything was excellent. Scheduling perfect. Check-in painless . Staff professional, caring and friendly. Care perfection and completely exceptional. Will not go anywhere else when I’m not well. Thank you

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

Wonderful experience.  The wait time was negligible.  Staff. was friendly and helpful.  They allayed my fears. Easy check in. So pleased I found them after hours.

My son wasn’t feeling well so I schedule a appointment for him and we was able to see the doctor right away , the check-in procedure was quick and easy the staff was lovely and the entire visit was great.

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

I woke up feeling flu-like symptoms and was worried it might be COVID, but it turned out to be a sinus infection. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to get me registered and seen by a care provider right away. The wait time was minimal, and the prescribed medication had me feeling much better by the evening. Thank you for the excellent care!

Had to come in for a time sensitive issue. Dr. Gabriel was fantastic, helpful, and professional. Office was clean and functional. I was out in 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

I went in for 4 lacerations caused by mandolin slicer. I was seen quickly and sutured with care and compassion. I was also allowed to wait until my ride share arrived although the visit was over. Grateful to staff for professionalism and kindness.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.
