Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. A great urgent care clinic.  I will definitely return if ever I have a health problem. Much easier to get in and out for minor health issues than an ER.

Excellent experience!  No waiting.  Front desk receptionist was very kind and super helpful. Doctor took plenty of time explaining my situation and answered all of my questions and concerns.  Definitely a 5 star experience.

I had two test kits to get blood drawn for- the whole process was quick and thorough and despite a lifetime of difficulty finding my vein- Shannon had absolutely no trouble whatsoever.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
