Lots of locations. I’m glad I was willing to travel 30 minutes because I really wanted to see a Doctor today.  Many locations I was not aware of..   East Patchogue wait wasn’t long and Doctor was very nice.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Professional and efficient staff.  I had been bitten by a tick, and they got me a prescription for antibiotics quickly. They were all very nice to me. I would definitely recommend them.

The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.

The doctor and the girls in the office were absolutely wonderful and they made a crappy situation much easier to deal with. I would recommend all 3 of them ten times over.

It was very easy to set an appointment. Checking in was even better, the staff was so pleasant, friendly and helpful shows that they care. I would recommend this Docs office to all that needs your services.

Overall everything was good, but the check in was over the board, with too many unnecessary questions which was a bit lengthy. Yes I would recommend. But scale back on unescesary.

I went there to get my inhaler, But the Dr examined me and found other things going on ,So glad I went there, Thanks to the Dr and their lovely staff

i was a walk in feeling absolutely worst than sick, i filled out some information through the qr code until it was my time to be called into the room & once in the room i had to wait a long time, we were warned that the doc does take her time but it was all confirmed and brought to our attention that she does this to get more information and learn more about you and figure out what's genuinely going on. once she was in there she was determined to find out what was wrong with me, she tested me for more than 3 things and they all come out negative thankfully but she really showed that she was passionate not just about her job but about helping us and i would wait once more to have her help again .. all the other girls were amazing as well .. they all were respectful, kind, supportive and had a sense of humor which felt comfortable to be in a room with them while obviously going through a sickness. i would recommend this place to everyone, all you need is a little patience and they WILL do you justice, life is difficult & to short to be stubborn all the time, give people a chance.

Had severe back pain over the weekend and was unable to tolerate. I went in as a walk in and was able to be seen and treated at that time. The treating physician and the staff were very professional and friendly. The check in and care provided was great. Highly recommend this office and provider

Was treated for Lyme disease now I’m more well very thorough explanation of whatever test for run and a great concern for my well-being

First time there waiting time was expected, I did a walk in , receptionist was great she helped me out with checking in, had issue with my iphone  the doctor was on point

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Michelle was very thorough and went through every option I had for testing and ways to improve my health and did it in a very measured way that I never felt pressured to do any of them that I didn’t want to but explained well why it would benefit me get them done

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.
