The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Woke up on Wed with a sore throat and I called Urgent Care. Had an appointment within 2 hours. Was treated with 2 X-rays and 3 swabs. Went to CVS for 2 prescriptions and returned home.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.
