I have suddenly swear pain in my left leg. I rush to Urgent care without any Appointment. After reaching there I was surprises with the supportive attitude of the care team. I received total within no time. That's really amazing experience for me. I am really thankful to Urgent care for all this.

This is my first visit to this excellent health care facility. Dr. Safran was amazing-caring, knowledgeable and was really concerned about how I was feeling! He puts the patient at ease with his calm manner. His assistant was also most caring and the office staff is so helpful too. I recommend this health care facility with more than 5 stars if I could!

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The dr was very nice but he sounded like he was reading off of a script. I thought I had a sinus infection after he examined me I asked him what thought and he said swollen lymph nodes and inflamed throat super vague. He said I can give you something to help kick this. I said ok great. He rambled off a medication in which  I figured was  an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy only to find out it was a steroid. Which is FINE. I am all about antibiotic stewardship and not over using and I like his approach I just wish he would have explained to me WHY he was starting with this. I had to ask the pharmacist why I was prescribed a steroid. Again happy with not overly prescribing an antibiotic and trying to get everything to drain first but he really did not explain that and he should have. And he should have said if you don’t feel better after this is done give us a call. Real opportunity missed to educate his patient.
