The entire staff is caring and understanding and attentive amazing people and doctor cynthia is an amazing doctor and person love this place

The front staff and medical assistant were very nice. They always have a short wait time which is a plus. However the physician I had was clearly in a rush and not really interested in listening to me concerns. She also called in my prescription under the wrong name and it took over an hour to sort it out at the pharmacy.

I call 1pm,ask for 2pm,got appointment,easy ck in,, very nice staff, doctor was very nursing,careing,ck my wood in ear, everything was very good, make me feel so good by talking like friends,, God bless them,, love it,,I recommend if u need professional care,

My child was sick and I could make an appointment for the same day and with a short wait time. It was a good experience for my child because he’s scared of doctors and in this urgent care the stuff and doctor were so polite with us and especially to my child. And my baby was comforted with lollipop and a toy for a visit which made him happy and now he trusts them.

The receptionist and PA that was there today (2/20/2019)were great and amazing! My only complaint was that the nurse on staff today was not so warm and welcoming let alone have 1 smile on her face . Other than her I was very happy with our visit today .

Went for Covid test. Service could not have been more professional and friendly I highly recommend them.

Woke with urinary pain in the night.  Got right in to see Erin and she took care of my needs.  This is a very caring and special environment.

Have been dealing with issues regarding an infected navel piercing and pushing back a doctors visit because I am always afraid of needing to go. Immediately greeted by such friendly and caring check-in staff. I have no insurance so they were able to help negotiate a price that worked for me. The nurse and doctor who saw me were so friendly and understanding of my fears and situation. They listened to everything I told them and offered me many solutions to my problems, even still understanding my lack of insurance and showing me where to find the cheapest options for prescriptions. All the staff made me feel cared for, as if they were friends of mine I’ve known for a long time. I was in and out in about an hour and am looking forward to my second visit. I would recommend this provider to everyone I know, especially anyone who is normally afraid of being in hospital settings or doctors.
