My daughter was running a high fever when I got off of work today. It was too late to call her pediatrician so I went on my Solv app and scheduled an appointment within the next 40 min I was in and out of the office. She had been tested and her fever was regulated. The pleasant grove location is always welcoming and ready to take care of their patients. I love this location.

While visiting from out of town my 5 year old started running a high fever and had a sore throat. Urgent care for kids in McKinney was amazing! They were so patient and kind, we were seen quickly. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had taking any of my children to the doctor.

This is by far the best urgent care. The staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in to the back. This place is extra clean and sanitized. The check-in process is a breeze especially when making an appointment online thru the Solv app. I definitely would recommend this urgent to anyone!!! Amazing job

Easy and a lot of time available. Nurse and nurse practitioner bed side wasn’t good this time. Never really had a bad experience until today. Just acted like they wanted out as fast as possible. Other practitioners I have seen were great just not today.

Was working to well from multiple symptoms of unknown illness. I was impressed by the attentiveness I received from the receptionist to the first point of service to the doctor/nurse practitioner who provided competent efficient care. I recommend this facility to anyone seeking urgent care.
