Very nice medical center. The staff was very nice. Well organized. My appointment was 2:15, I got there 45 minutes earlier, and they accommodated me. Very happy with their service.

Greeted immwdiatly when I walked thru the door and proceeded to the exam room within five minutes. The staff introduced themselves to me as soon as we met walking in the door. Katie, the physicians assistant, awesome PA!! Very knowledgeable, had great “ bedside manner.” Ask more questions about my medical history and then dealled into what she felt we needed to get into today. Truly felt comfortable with everything that happened from the time I walked through the door to the time I walked out the door. Highly highly recommend this office and staff. Super convenient, beautiful clinic space, tremendous service from the team.

Wait time was good, got in at 1:40pm for my 1:30pm appointment. Staff was friendly and explained things to me. I did kind of get the impression that they were tired of me because I was trying to ask clarifying questions to make sure that later on I will not be thinking about the questions I was afraid to ask :P. It’s very easy for me to just accept what I’m told, and not ask anything, but I’m trying to learn to advocate for myself because it seems like that’s what is needed in healthcare. But I could tell they were definitely getting tired of me asking my dumb questions and just repeating answers they already gave because I was obviously didn’t hear it the first time. I probably need to work on my communication skills because I don’t feel like either of us felt like we were getting through to the other person. It felt like we both felt like we knew what the other person was saying and that they just weren’t willing to hear it.

Excellent experience. The provider was thorough and explained everything very well. All of the staff I interacted with were professional and pleasant.

My experience was fine in office but the billing department has inaccurately billed me for equipment and reaching the billing department to make corrections has been terrible. They do not answer their phone and you are placed on hold and nobody answers. The billing error was significant.

Why did you close the Montclair site? Open only on Wednesday for dermatology? Not good. People need urgent care. Not once a week. Open back up

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
