Everyone was friendly and professional. Great experience!

Had a low grade fever, soar throat, body ache. Went to urgent care. Tested for covid, flu & strep. They were all negative. They did perform tests but however they didn't explain what the problem was. She prescribed me meds for congestion and coughs. Overall, I wasn't really happy because I didn't know what was wrong with me. She told me that it was a virus. She didn't explain if it contagious or not.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

The pedestrian and staff were friendly and helpful.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Sinus headache front desk staff was very friendly however, doctor did not touch me. He had a student with him. He asked me some questions I said to him you didn’t even look at my ear you didn’t touch me. He just asked me that I have the same symptoms before I’ll give you antibiotics, I sold him the ones I did not want give me amoxicillin when I look outside. He’s looking at my chart and the students online at dresses not a good look. .

The PA and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, was so nice and very knowledgeable and thourogh. She thankfully did not believe the X-ray was correct and strongly encouraged me to see an orthopedist. There was indeed a fracture. I am truly thankful for her advice.

My daughter needed to be seen that day and PM Pediatrics was the place to go. We walked in, the friendly staff helped us check in as we’ve never been to this location before. The wait was not that long, the provider was kind, honest and put us at ease. Would definitely recommend this provider to our friends especially in situations when you’re unable to see your regular pediatrician. Thank you!

Had a scheduled appointment and checked in 15 mins prior. It was over an hour in the waiting room before being called to the back to an exam room. Had to wait another 25 minutes for the dr to only tell me I had a cold virus and to go purchase some Mucinex or Robutussin. Thanks for the two hour wait for that diagnosis!

Did not care for nurse practitioner. I know when I need an antibiotic. So wait til it gets worse instead of nipping it in the Budd. I haven't been sick since 2918 and this child doesn't know much. 😕 And I like this office. Next time I will wait and see my own health care provider. Sorry
