I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

It was as easy as could be. Receptionist was lovely and helpful. Nurse was great. Saw the PA quickly and got a script. In and out in less than 30 mins.

I booked an appointment the day before and was able to select the time I needed. Would recommend.

I had an irritated eye for a week.  I decided that it was time to get it check out one morning and I came in as a walked in.  I was seen less than 15 minutes. I was checked out and prescribed medicated eye drops which was sent electronically to my local pharmacy.   The service was fast.

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

Had an infection in my finger. The doctor was good as well as the lady at the front desk. The nurse that typed up my info was great! She definitely good at her job

Logged in to  get a “place in line” for 4:30 pm.  Waited over an hour to see a doctor. (She was awesome). What is the point is scheduling a place in line?

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.
