Upon visiting the office (non-emergency it could wait item) I was told to schedule an appointment online, which I did. Arriving for the appointment I still waited about 30 minutes. There were some other patients but it didn't seem to be a huge number. The care item was successfully completed. All staff members were professional yet courteous in performing there duties.
