Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

Couldn’t get appointment with my primary doctor and then tried to get appointment with urgent care and they were booked so I tried walk-in. Luckily when I went I was seen shortly after arriving. Everyone was great. So glad I went. Very good care.  Thank you.

Had to get a booster tetanus shot and staff was very courteous. Nurses and doctors are great as well.

The patient bathroom toilet seat was really dirty on the bottom of it. Other than that everything was clean except the toilet seat.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

Checking in was so very easy. The gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful in answering my questions. The nurse and the Dr were very concerned.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

Stopped in to get seen on my way to work street trying to fight off a cold for a full week. Got in fast, got more comprehensive care than I get from even my primary care, and walked away with exactly the prescriptions I knew I would need. I wish I'd gone in sooner.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
