My son was complaining of pain in this ear and he never complains unless he is really feeling bad. I love this Just 4Kids Urget care were  able to take him in as soon as possible without an appointment made. The staff and nurse there are always so friendly and the nurse explains everything so well!

I knew I needed to go to urgent care Sat am, but each location said that they were busier than usual, so I made an appt and filled out my forms ahead of time. My father had a pain in his side that made him groan every couple of minutes. His doctor’s office was closed, so we needed an urgent care clinic that accepted Medicare. Found CityDoc, scheduled online for that afternoon, and completed all the paperwork online. It was easy, and check-in was easy and smooth. Everyone at the clinic was very nice, and the doctor was very nice  and quite thorough. I would definitely recommend this provider and this clinic. *The day after our visit, my father reported his pain was getting worse. We went to the emergency room for painkillers, and they recommended a CT scan, which showed two broken ribs. CityDoc had x-rayed his rib(s) and told us no fractures were seen. So maybe not such a strong recommendation to CityDoc although everyone was very nice.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
