Everything was a pretty pleasant experience except for the receptionist. She was super rude, short and not professional. It felt like she was inconvenienced to do her job at all. Same girl came do to vitals on me. Didn't even tell me the numbers, just started leaving the room. I asked if they were good and she just said "yeah". The doctor was really nice and professional so that was redeeming.

All in all, very good experience. The only thing I would suggest is that when staff enters a room or when they greet you upon your walk into the clinic, that the staff introduced themselves. Personally, I like to know who I’m seeing and what we’re doing. Jenny did a very thorough job Of caring for me

Woke up with intense hip pain from a fall. The staff made it a priority to ease my pain. They know I take care for my 88 year old mom & their care was appreciated by both of us.

Was a very pleasant experience for a Monday morning!  Impressed!

The doctor is awesome took her time and listen to my concerns and answered all my questions.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Everything was great. The staff was excellent.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! Will not be returning to this location for any of my families needs. Brought my daughter in for a rash and was mis diagnosed, when I went back a week later (after taking prescribed medication) I had to pay again for a re evaluation of the same rash. My daughter took a week of steroids that cost me $70 plus the initial $75 visit and now another $75 charge and new medication. I do not trust this company as it seems like they just want you to keep coming back to get more $$$ and not actually help.

From out of town…In town for Ironman race. Needed toenail removed. I get super nervous going to the Dr. But I was treated with such excellent care and the process was quick and done well. So relieved to be in such good hands. Thank you!

This is my go to Urgent Care. The MA and Provider are very friendly knowledgeable and understanding. They know what they are doing here and also work with you on self pay. The cheapest rate in town and trust me I have called around many places. I would not go anywhere else. Ms. Nida is amazing!

Took a very long time got my daughter to be seen close to an hour? That’s my only complaint.

First time here and everything from the check in to check out were friendly and caring staff. Doctor really explained everything in details. Highly recommend this urgent care.
