Had an excellent visit with Cindy Otillio, who provided a thorough exam and appropriate recommendations. She is the best! Very disappointed that this facility is not part of Access Today Health network. Please see if you can remedy that. I would recommend Nurse Practioner Cindy Otillio without reservation.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Woke up this morning and my right shoulder in some pretty severe pain, which has been ongoing for a number of weeks. Maybe 6 to 8 weeks or so. Just got to the point where I had to do something even though I saw my regular doctor recently. I felt I needed something to help with the pain. Very pleased with the staff. They were very friendly and efficient, and it was a pleasure to have them help me and my situation. I thanked them all for their helpfulness. I would definitely recommend them.

We did not have much of a wait time at all. When we arrived and checked in we were given paperwork to fill out. Before we could finish the paperwork, we were called back. The staff was very friendly and seamed concerned. Because of this good experience, we Will recommend Rapid Urgent Care. I did not call and book an appointment. They accepted my insurance.
