          Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to.           The doctor and experience at this location was amazing after a terrible experience at the Chase Avenue location. I waited two hours at that location to find out there was not a doctor at that office. Apparently they were waiting for a doctor to see my mom virtually. That doctor never became available. The nurse was kind enough to call the Frost road location which got my mom in immediately.

          There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

          I had an excellent experience at WestMed. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the waiting time was short. The physician ( Nicole )  who took care of me was excellent—professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, the service was outstanding, and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I highly recommend WestMed!
