I went to urgent care for numbness and pain in my left arm. I was misdiagnosed by the PA who saw me. The gentleman who took my EKG really struggled with performing the test. What is usually a five minute test took him 20 or 25 minutes and he was obviously frustrated.

I was a walk in but registering was quick and easy. There was a wheelchair on site that I used. The only downside was that I could not get an X-ray. I left there and went to an orthopedic urgent care who would not see me due to an insurance issue. I ended up at the ER on Sunday. I will not use your facility again if I think I might need a xray.  However, I was advised no X-rays available. I chose to proceed but would not have if I had known about the insurance issue.
