Had a low grade fever, soar throat, body ache. Went to urgent care. Tested for covid, flu & strep. They were all negative. They did perform tests but however they didn't explain what the problem was. She prescribed me meds for congestion and coughs. Overall, I wasn't really happy because I didn't know what was wrong with me. She told me that it was a virus. She didn't explain if it contagious or not.

My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

Scheduling and check-in were so easy. It released my anxiety over getting help right away that morning. Without exception, everyone was courteous and professional. Doctor Craig was extremely  thorough  checking beyond the ordinary and digging deeper. Thank you everyone.

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Woke up with a sore throat. Went to your facility in Rockaway, NJ. I did not have an appointment but the wait time  was not terrible. I was treated in a kind and caring manner, prescribed meds and able to get back home quickly.

I didn’t make an appointment in advanced but just walked in & the staff took me in right away, was able to help me with my issue, gave me the proper medications and were super friendly. 10/10 recommended

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

I was the first appointment of the day for  job drug testing. In and out in 10 minutes. Staff was cordial (not super peppy, but it was also morning). The bathroom needs an update. Everything considered, I am satisfied.

The staff and doctor was very caring with our son who has special needs.

The front desk staff this time was excellent as was the nurse, but the doctor / physician's assistant did not seem to actually listen, understand, or appropriately address the situation.

Waited 2hr after checking in until my vital and blood pressure where taken . Then another 20mins till doctor came into room .only saw doctor at max 5mins which is the best part but there was . only 2 patients in front of me in office .the lady in front of me ask why she's been waiting 1.5hrs to be seen then 10mins later they called her in ... after I left it took another 30mins for them to send meds over pharmacy.. hire more doctors to work there. Or have someone help them with paperwork so patient turn around is better. This is the 2nd time with a long wait last time was 3hrs in waiting room with my daughter . I don't think I will be using you again .. nobody feeling sick wants to spend 2-3hrs to get care ridiculous
