Lovely place.  From the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.  Would definitely recommend.

Scheduling was easy on Solv. My appointment was at 8:15 they came for me at 8:15 which was fantastic. The care was good, answered my question, did not have to wait long to examined

Short wait time, friendly staff. My daughter will only get a covid test here because they 'dont poke her brain' as she puts it.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

1 was so pleased with my experience at the Bergenfield Urgent Care I am glad that I chose this place in my time of need. I would definitely recommend this urgent care! The staff was friendly and kind. The quality of care was amazing! I didn’t have to wait long at all.
