The staff is wonderful  The PA Victoria was informative and helpful  Professional.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Good experience, nothing more to say.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Woke up this morning with pink eye in both eyes. Called my doctor's office first and felt verbally abused by the person on the phone, telling me I can't come in the office because I'm contagious. The person who called back told me I had to wait till 4 pm for the doctor to call back. I went on line and made the appointment in a few minutes. What a difference. The girl who came out and got me was so pleasant and the doctor was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

Wow!! This place was great! I was traveling through on an RV excursion when I became ill and needed care. This location is just a couple of blocks from the RV park/Marina. I found them on a Maps search and it was so easy to register for an appointment time and it was a very easy walk there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the provider was knowledgeable, prompt, and had a great bedside manner. I was in and out in less than an hour with prescriptions sent to the pharmacy right across the street— WOW!!!! So fast!! Many thanks to Danielle and team for getting me back to normal so I can get back on the road!

Usually do like service, but today not so much.. the doc basically told us our  padiatric primary doc instead of going into pm…strange

I am a long-time patron of PM pediatrics and have never experienced four hour wait times before. The staff attempted to keep folks at bay, but it was clear that the number of folks being tested for Covid was interfering with actual sick patients like my daughter. I will wait to return when your org has a better handle on managing testing and actual patients.

Highly recommend this urgent care. The excellent care and friendly staff makes the visit go smoothly and stress free. Knowing that the doctors treats your child as if they were they’re own.

Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. I drove 20 min just to go there because they treat everyone like family

Efficient, friendly, good diagnosis.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I was anxious about using an urgent care here because I’m visiting from out of state. I was impressed with the friendly efficiency. The staff was very nice, respectful and professional. My experience was such a pleasant relief since I was so sick. Wait time was very reasonable
