There is nothing bad I could say about MedExpress Urgent Care of Dover, Delaware. This was my first time visiting MedExpress of Dover, De. I was between a rock and hard place because my primary physician is 1 hour 45 minutes away and I needed medical attention today. I was taken back by the professionalism from the staff, well thought of decor, not last but least the genuine care from the doctor (V.Goodman). It was my first time here very clean. All the women behind the desk we're knowlegeable and professional. It was worth the wait Doctor Ellis and the blonde nurse were great Doc did very good job with my toddlers stiches.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
