I scheduled my appointment online and there were plenty of appointment times available\. When I arrived, I was the only patient in the office at first, with a couple arriving shortly afterward.  I was taken to an examination room fairly quickly, but then waited over an hour before being seen\. It seemed that there was only one clinician available, and I don’t think she was there at the time. I understand that staffing and unexpected circumstances can sometimes cause delays. However, this is the second time I have experienced a very long wait at this facility after scheduling an appointment online. I would hope that the number of appointments offered could listed based on clinician availability.  I appreciate the staff and understand that everyone can have a busy day. I’m simply sharing my experience because waiting over an hour to be seen, particularly when there were appointment openings available online, was frustrating and disappointing.

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

Wait time was pretty long but understandable. Didn’t realize there wouldn’t be a doctor in person there.  Doctor did give me what I needed to feel better and I’m grateful for that.

I went in for a yearly physical everyone there was extremely amazing, starting from the young woman that checked me in, the Dr that actually did my physicalall the way to the wonderful woman that did my blood work.

Girls up front are always nice, and thorough, Dr. is as well

Arrived a few minutes late but the ladies were so accommodating. Would highly recommend to family and friends. The doctor was very pleasing to interact with and attentive during the entire visit.

Sever pain on stomach, review of interview resulted in the immediate attention to my gallblatter. At hospital. Now for the removal of same..

I recently moved to Wappingers and have been sick twice. Both of my visits to the HealthQuest Urgent Care were excellent. The receptionist was friendly and the exam was prompt and thorough. The care was much better than other urgent cares I have visited. Thank you!

The Dr was amazing, very understanding and knowledgeable and willing to help me.

The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

Was able to book an appt the night before - I arrived on time but had to duplicate the check in process then wait nearly an hour before a PA walked in for a 5 minute conversation.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.
