As always staff kind and professional. Scheduling went smoothly - no problem. Check in was fine. Front staff were professional and smiled when I approached. ย Care was like itโ€™s always been - never had a problem. Doctor was not in the office but I spoke with her through the computer on line. Weather was snowy so I was grateful for seeing/hearing her on line.

Except for the FREEZING ๐Ÿฅถ TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long tooโ€ฆ but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes. ย So, why are there employees at the front desk, if Iโ€™m doing their job for them? ย I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check inโ€ฆ but they couldnโ€™t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour. ย The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me. ย  Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
