I use DOCS for my primary care and they are phenomenal. The doctors there are great. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk people who really do care about their patients. They are very respectful and caring. I am a very picky person and when I tell you that I would refer DOCS to anybody, I would definitely refer them all day any day as I stated they are very caring very respectful as many places like this, I've been to staff has been horrible but here they are great. I had booked an appointment they took the walk in first, Fia who came in to take my blood pressure was very polite and helpful. The nurse practitioner seemed to be in a rush and didn’t want to hear what I said to say. I asked for the breathing treatment which I always get for my asthma and she told me I’m able to breathe so she didn’t think it was necessary. Not very happy

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.
