Fast service great staff clean office happy with the visit

My primary doctor was closed so I decided to schedule an appointment with urgent care, something I usually dread because of the wait time. But to my surprise, the wait time was super fast and check-in was super easy. Staff and Doctor were really friendly. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Next time, I definitely won’t hesitate to book an appointment with them if I need to.

It was easy to make an appointment on line. When I got to the Live urgent Care center, there was no waiting and everyone was friendly and efficient.

Allergy season had been wreaking havoc on my system for over a week and I couldn't take anymore when my chest began rattling from all the wheezing. The wait time was under 15 min. Bradley was so patient and attentive. I had a breathing treatment in the office and meds were called in immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone was wonderful on my visit.  The only negative thing I would say was the check in process.  You enter your information on an iPad then a paper form then you get a text message to enter the same information.  And I was a repeat customer.

Was battling UTI pain and in and out with diagnosis and prescription.  It was a great experience.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

I was able to schedule an appointment to be seen in 20 minutes. Check-in was less than 5 minutes and maybe a 5 minute wait. All the staff was friendly and thorough in reviewing my information. The nurse practitioner was super nice. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Thank you!

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. It was my first time here very clean. All the women behind the desk we're knowlegeable and professional. It was worth the wait Doctor Ellis and the blonde nurse were great Doc did very good job with my toddlers stiches.
