The entire staff from front desk to doctor were all excellent I gave you guys a A plus plus.  Thank you for your service and everything you guys do. You guys are Super hero’s is right!  Blessings. Absolutely I would recommend your facility!

Wonderful The front desk overworked but still excellent in everway.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The dr was very nice but he sounded like he was reading off of a script. I thought I had a sinus infection after he examined me I asked him what thought and he said swollen lymph nodes and inflamed throat super vague. He said I can give you something to help kick this. I said ok great. He rambled off a medication in which  I figured was  an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy only to find out it was a steroid. Which is FINE. I am all about antibiotic stewardship and not over using and I like his approach I just wish he would have explained to me WHY he was starting with this. I had to ask the pharmacist why I was prescribed a steroid. Again happy with not overly prescribing an antibiotic and trying to get everything to drain first but he really did not explain that and he should have. And he should have said if you don’t feel better after this is done give us a call. Real opportunity missed to educate his patient.

Would certainly go back again for any emergency that might arise definitely recommend them

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Did not feel like I had healed well enough. Waiting to be tested to see if still had a  flu like infection. . Staff was very helpful and very caring. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Overall the visit went well - check in, wait time. However I had difficulty with understanding the PA’s English. Although I received pertinent advice for my infected finger, the PA was not specific about how to ‘take care’ of my cuticles to avoid future infections. She also didn’t ask what I presently do to protect them.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The process was extremely efficient. Nurse and PA were kind and patient. Will return

Woke up with itchy swollen watery eyes. Booked an appointment with same day availability. The receptionist nurse and doctor were all so friendly and attentive. I was in and out, problem resolved within a matter of minutes! Will definitely be my go to!

I had a fever the past few days and decided to go to urgent care. I was seen quickly and prescribed medications. Friendy staff.
