Set appt and completed required "paperwork" online at 1am.  Arrived early.  Provided required additional information.  I was seen early by wonderful FNP, Eric.  He listened and provided everything I needed.  I was out with work release within 30 minutes and to pharmacy for RX.  Home within an hour!  Perfect! Thank you!👍🏼

I had to wait over 30 minutes in the waiting room past the time of my appointment even tho I arrived 10 minutes early and only 1 other person was in the waiting area. The provider, Andrew, was very thorough and kind. He mentioned that a lab culture ordered by another provider earlier in the week had not been processed as the original provider had ordered and therefore diagnosis (or rule out) was delayed. There was another break down of communication in that earlier visit as well because I had to call the office 3 times the day after my appointment before they would finally submit a prescription the doctor had said she would send to pharmacy immediately (the night before).

I don’t know what we would do without this immediate help . Keep your great staff, thanks again

I went into urgent care as I have had a soar throat, sinus pressure and cough since November 9th. I was told I had a virus and sent home. I know I have more than a virus and since Wednesday have gotten significantly worse. I will once again have to pay another copay and be seen by another doctor in hopes of feeling better

This was my first time to TriCore in Edgewood. I wish I knew the technician name, it was on Jan 21, 2022 a little after 9:30am, screen 2, this guy was fantastic! He was very friendly, easy to talk to, calmed my nerves before I knew it he was done drawing my blood. Just a little prick, which is normal and absolutely no bruising afterwards. I really hope the next time I have to get blood drawn, I get him again. Other than that, it was a very clean place. No one works at the front window, walk in, take a ticket and wait for your number to be called. The day I was there it was not a long wait, maybe 5 minutes or less.
