My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.

I recently relocated from upstate New York to Chelsea and I couldn’t be more pleased . The care that I received during my visit to Urgent Care was beyond amazing. The knowledge and professionalism displayed in my treatment were exceptional. I would highly recommend this facility.

I have been looking for a PCP. Although there is a waiting list for that, I was seen and taken care of. I do not go to the doctor. I hate being sick. While I will not look forward to going to the doctor. I will not dread this at all.

Wasn’t expecting to wait one hour after making my scheduled appointment at 9:50 and advise to be there at 9:35, which I was.

Love dealing with the all women staff. Everyone is caring and understanding. Check in is seamless and scheduling takes a couple of minutes.  Care staff are Always making sure the diagnosis is correct and not pushy on getting you out.

The staff were nice and professional. I was impressed most by the doctor.She was extremely thorough and kind.Some doctors are not like that.Its nice to be genuinely taken care of.
