His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. Had a very positive experience with Urgent Care Ft Collins, even had X-rays done and evaluated the same day.

Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful staff.  They genuinely care about your wellbeing.  I also like that I could schedule and check in via the online app.  Very convenient!

Came in the office with a shoulder that needed to be checked out staff was great got in within 10 minutes performed an x-ray and found out that I needed to get an MRI. Thanks
