          Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time.           The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

          I went in with a high fever, struggling to breathe, thinking I had the flu. The staff was friendly and kind. The service was wonderful. Everything was explained really good. The only thing I did not like was that there was no one in the waiting room and I still had to wait almost a half hour to go in.

          I needed a tetanus shot because I was stuck by a nail. It was easy to schedule an appointment using the website and also check in before my visit. Minimal wait time when I arrived and office staff were very friendly. The nurse practitioner was very calming and knowledgeable. She was super friendly, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

          I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called
