Great care. The person at the desk was  friendly and courteous. The PA was excellent as was her assistant. Overall it was an excellent experience

First time visitor with new insurance carrier. No paperwork needed to complete when I arrived for my appointment because I complete it online before arriving, which was nice. Staff was courteous and friendly to talk to. Physician understood my condition and prescribed the meds I needed for recovery. Overall the whole encounter took less than hour.

Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.

Overall the visit went well - check in, wait time. However I had difficulty with understanding the PA’s English. Although I received pertinent advice for my infected finger, the PA was not specific about how to ‘take care’ of my cuticles to avoid future infections. She also didn’t ask what I presently do to protect them.

Had a scheduled appointment for a blood draw. Excellent quality of care. The lady who took my blood was extremely gentle and the doctor was a sweetheart. Also the folks at the front desk were very kind and considerate. Would come back here for sure.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The dr was very nice but he sounded like he was reading off of a script. I thought I had a sinus infection after he examined me I asked him what thought and he said swollen lymph nodes and inflamed throat super vague. He said I can give you something to help kick this. I said ok great. He rambled off a medication in which  I figured was  an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy only to find out it was a steroid. Which is FINE. I am all about antibiotic stewardship and not over using and I like his approach I just wish he would have explained to me WHY he was starting with this. I had to ask the pharmacist why I was prescribed a steroid. Again happy with not overly prescribing an antibiotic and trying to get everything to drain first but he really did not explain that and he should have. And he should have said if you don’t feel better after this is done give us a call. Real opportunity missed to educate his patient.

I was a walk-in so scheduling wasn’t an issue. Check- in was quick and better than expected. Staff was pleasant and understanding. Initial screening went quick and efficient, very nice nurse. Even though there didn’t seem to be that many patients, the Doctor didn’t seem thorough either with the questions or exam,  X-Ray was not available. MRI not considered. Prescribed a steroid, if NSAIDS didn’t put a dent in the pain, after two weeks and I still have trouble walking steroids probably  won’t have an effect either. No referral for PT to get me walking properly again. TikTok Doc went back to his desk and seemed to be texting on his phone as I left.

Had cramps and was attended in a timely matter they are very nice and no problems at all

The location was very convenient. Checking in was easy, very helpful receptionist. The Dr was very comfortable, easy and to the point. Will definitely recommend them !
