          When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

          Couldn’t ask for more.  Friendly professional service.  Facility was spotless and I felt that my treatment by all was exceptional.  Within an hour, I had been tested, diagnosed and sent to the pharmacy for an antibiotic.  Follow up with my dr was strongly recommended. I walked out knowing that the dr I had just seen was concerned enough with me to want me to follow her instructions even after I left the facility.

          I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever!           Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion.
