          Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to.           Visit and staff overall friendly and helpful . Great and fast visit! My insurance wasn’t going through so I had to pay out of pocket which I understood wasn’t the front desk persons fault she tried calling my insurance multiple times and I appreciate her help so much!  I was told to call the next day to speak to a manager so that once the system was back up I could get a refund . I’ve been calling a few times and it keeps saying your office is closed but when the automatic voice recording tells me the clinical hours it says you guys are open . It’s just a little inconvenient for me to have to go in person because I work overnights and so during the days I’m trying to catch up on things to get ready to go back to work at night and so having to go in person if i do have to go in makes thinks harder

          Sylwia and Roxanne are wonderful. These ladies are so nice and professional and really assisted my husband when he cut his hand and needed stitches recently. Roxanne made sure all paperwork was handle in a prompt manner and Sylwia was so patient in dealing with my husband's 10000 questions and concerns. The PA who treated him was very professional the stitches came out wonderful with minimal scarring. We would recommend the staff of Centers Urgent Care to everyone.
