Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Nurses and doctors were extremely kind and helpful. Took me right away and was in and out with an hour and a half.

I was treated very nicely but condition did not improve after trying what was suggested so ended up at hospital Tuesday PM. I was treated at Peconic Bay Hospital and if you want to see what was really wrong you can look at my records there. I don't know how to rate quality of care at your place?

All went well. You do need to accept cash according to federal law.

I had an itchy eye on Wednesday and woke up Thursday with my eye red and seeping. I was a walk-in and two people were before me, both done quickly. Front desk admin was helpful, the app for check-in didn’t work and the PA said my eye was infected and called in a prescription to my pharmacy. Day three of meds my eye is still itchy, red and hurts but less than before. Waiting to see if I will be fully recovered soon.

Staff very friendly. Caregivers knowledgeable. In and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Would use them again for an urgent care need.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.
