Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful staff.  They genuinely care about your wellbeing.  I also like that I could schedule and check in via the online app.  Very convenient!

Need more clarification on when you schedule a time that it is not an appointment time. Seemed understaffed for the day after holiday. Two hour wait was excessive.

Please see the review I left on previous screen. Mary was professional, helpful and caring. My physician, whose name I do not know, was very patient centered and wonderful.  Smart.

Visited this location after Teledoc would not help me virtually. Staff was kind and caring and listened to my concerns and I was in and out with a prescription in under 30 minutes.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

Nice staff and doctor. Visited urgent care and doctor did all the required test

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

Had a noon appointment (was confirmed morning of👍🏼) pretty much got right in on time.  Nurse practitioner saw me quickly and treated me.  Would definitely recommend

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
