I’ve been to this urgent care more than once and have had a great experience every time. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable, and I’ve always felt like my concerns were actually listened to and taken seriously. I was able to get the care I needed without feeling rushed or dismissed. Definitely one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had and I would absolutely recommend this location! Also, the medical assistant who checked me in and took my vitals was incredibly sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves a shoutout too:)

It was an unscheduled visit and I waited no longer than 3 minutes after checking in with the receptionist. The receptionist, the young man who took my vitals and the doctor were amiable and helpful.  I am appreciative of their time and help. I prefer the Cedar Knolls office to any of the others!! Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
