I blame the company for the wait time — offering 10 appointment times in one hour is irresponsible and poor personnel management— I felt terrible for the one receptionist, the one nurse, and the one practitioner. The people were lovely but the process needs improvement.

I did a walk in a was in a exam room by the time I finished my paperwork. Checkin was very easy, the staff was friendly, helpful and listen with concern about what your illness was. I will use them in the future if I need medical attention. I highly recommend them.

I’m sorry I didn’t get your names, but there was another young lady up front who wouldn’t even acknowledge me and seemed to be upset because we did come in 1 hour before closing, I can understand how it could be frustrating but I also work at a urgent care and I would never be rude or simply not acknowledge a patient coming in wanting care for their child.  luckily the other MA upfront also noticed she wouldn’t acknowledge me and made sure she heard me which she did she just seemed upset or is having a bad day and choose to purposely ignore me. Besides that it was quick and easy to schedule and get in to be seen  Thank you

I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
