The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

I’ve been to this urgent care more than once and have had a great experience every time. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable, and I’ve always felt like my concerns were actually listened to and taken seriously. I was able to get the care I needed without feeling rushed or dismissed. Definitely one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had and I would absolutely recommend this location! Also, the medical assistant who checked me in and took my vitals was incredibly sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves a shoutout too:)

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

It was an unscheduled visit and I waited no longer than 3 minutes after checking in with the receptionist. The receptionist, the young man who took my vitals and the doctor were amiable and helpful.  I am appreciative of their time and help. I prefer the Cedar Knolls office to any of the others!! Thank you for bringing there!

From the receptionist to the PA to the doctor, everyone was effective and efficient, and were great communicators. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Front desk lady had an attitude. No communication with me and when another general man came they communicated that provider is not here yet etc . They should be sane to all the patients.  Provider was great.

I made an appointment on Solve (very easy) for an earache and scratchy throat. The aide that greeted me as I walked in was so very kind and helpful. After only being in the actual room for a couple minutes the Dr came in and was wonderfully knowledgeable. She diagnosed my ear situation promptly. I was extremely pleased and will recommend DOCS always!

If you have a relatively minor issue (i.e. non emergency) this is the place!!!!

After getting no response from my doctor for a requested appointment, I called Urgent Care on Pierce in Somerset.  I had an appointment immediately.  Very short wait time.  Diagnosis was made and I left to go to my pharmacy.   I so appreciated being seen, diagnosed, and remedy sent to my pharmacy so quickly.

I have been coming for years & I have had a wonderful & the staff are patient, professional and knowledgeable. I feel that they are very through & fast treatment without being rushed. I would recommend Carbon Health-Somerset for your medical needs.

I need a call back asap the office manger completely humiliated me and was so aggressive towards me. I need to file a complaint.
