Went to ER scheduled ER follow up that day was a heavy storm called to verify and even though I got the text message for the next day, they did not see me on the schedule and made me wait till the next available in an agonizing pain left several voicemails. You never got a callback from management as requested.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. Wait time was not long. Staff was super friendly. Everyone was understanding and got meds ordered from the nearby pharmacy immediately. I have been to this location before and I always have a positive experience.

The staff here is always great! My son is always injurying himself and the staff always puts me at ease! We have been seen at this location multiple times with different providers and they have all been amazing! I had a wonderful experience at this location today! Iveth in the front was friendly and got us checked in quickly. CJ, Astrid and Anthony were all so kind and gentle with my son and made him feel very comfortable. The provider Kim Vogel was also very nice and answered all of my questions.
